Undergraduate or graduate students completing parapsychology degree programs or parapsychology research as part of degree requirements at accredited colleges may apply.

The $2,000 Eileen J. Garrett Scholarship requires a writing sample showing parapsychology interest, a transcript, three references, and a goals statement by July 1 each year.
