Edwards Scholarship

Students who have lived in the City of Boston from at least the start of junior year in high school, have a high school diploma or GED, demonstrate financial need, maintain at least a 2.0 GPA, and attend a regionally accredited college may apply.

Award amounts vary. The scholarship can support up to four years of undergraduate study as a gap award. Apply through the Hemenway and Barnes portal administered for the Edwards Scholarship Fund.

Grace M. Edwards established the fund in 1939 to support men and women of good character who need financial assistance.
