About this scholarship

Graduating seniors from St. James High School or Socastee High School, or Horry County students with family members in the Surfside Area Rotary Club, may apply.

One $1,000 award supports students with demonstrated extracurricular or community involvement and financial need. Academic performance is considered alongside the full application.

The Surfside Area Rotary Club established this scholarship in memory of Edsel J. "Coupe" DeVille, a retired Air Force colonel and co-founder of Right Flight.
