Open to MacEwan University Griffin Athletics hockey student-athletes listed on the official men's or women's team roster who demonstrate leadership, community involvement, dedication, commitment, and strength of character. The award amount varies.

Coaches nominate candidates; there is no separate student application. Preference goes to athletes facing challenges balancing financial obligations with academic and athletic schedules.
