About this scholarship
Students currently enrolled at a law school in the United States or its territories may enter the Jeffrey S. Haber Prize for Student Scholarship, part of the Dukeminier Awards. The competition recognizes the best student law review note on sexual orientation or gender identity law. Students of all degree tracks, backgrounds, and identities are encouraged to apply.
First place receives $1,000 and publication in the Dukeminier Awards Journal.
Submit an original law review note on sexual orientation or gender identity law. Details and entry instructions are posted by the Williams Institute at UCLA School of Law.
The Dukeminier Awards Journal is named in memory of Jesse J. Dukeminier, a UCLA School of Law faculty member for 40 years.
