Duke University A.B. Duke Scholarship

Outstanding first-year applicants to Duke University are considered for the A.B. Duke Scholarship, the university's oldest merit program, established in 1925.

Up to eight scholars receive eight semesters of full tuition, room, board, and mandatory fees, plus an Oxford summer program before sophomore year. Scholars also have access to funding for domestic and international summer experiences.

Selection is national and international based on academic excellence and leadership potential. No separate application is required beyond the Duke admissions application.
