About this scholarship
Delaware high school graduates who enroll full time at Delaware State University immediately after graduation with at least a 2.75 GPA may receive the Inspire Scholarship covering full in-state tuition for up to eight semesters.
There is no separate scholarship application. Students must be regularly admitted to DSU and meet admission and financial-aid deadlines.
To renew each semester, maintain a 2.75 or higher cumulative GPA, full-time enrollment (12 or more credits), good conduct, 10 hours of community service per semester, and annual FAFSA completion.
