About this scholarship
U.S. college students of Haitian descent with a minimum 2.5 GPA, full-time enrollment, leadership potential, community service involvement, and commitment to the Christian faith may apply for the Dream Haiti Scholarship from Dream Haiti Inc.
Dream Haiti awards three faith-based scholarships with prizes up to $2,000. Scholars may also be invited to seminars and networking events during college.
Submit a completed application with a letter of college acceptance, official transcript, resume if available, letter of recommendation, and a 200-word minimum essay or 2-3 minute video on your background, college goals, vision for Haiti, and how your success can benefit the Haitian community. A live or video interview is required.

- Letter of recommendation from an advisor, pastor, teacher, mentor or employer
- Must be of Haitian descent
- Must be a full-time student
- Must have a GPA of at least 2.5
- Must demonstrate leadership potential, commitment to the Christian faith, and community service
- Submit all materials by email to bethany@dreamhaiti.org by the June 19th deadline; may be asked to attend a video interview if a finalist
- Resume is requested if available.
- Finalists may be asked to attend a live or video interview.
