Dr. Sidney Medine Essex County Medical Student Scholarship (2016100)

Canadian citizens enrolled full-time in the University of Ottawa Faculty of Medicine (or as residents) who are from Essex County (Windsor, Tecumseh, LaSalle, Lakeshore, Amherstburg, Essex, Kingsville, Leamington), demonstrate financial need and academic excellence, and intend to practice in Essex County for at least two years after graduation are eligible.

Up to $13,000; up to three awards. Apply through Online Scholarships and Bursaries in uOZone by April 30 with the Financial Questionnaire, Essex County residency proof, citizenship proof, Faculty of Medicine enrolment letter, and practice-intent letter.
