About this scholarship
Saginaw County residents with at least one-quarter Mexican American ancestry who are high school seniors or college students pursuing education or teaching at a Michigan college may apply for the Dr. Raquel Ontiveros Memorial Scholarship through the Saginaw Community Foundation.
