Dr. Karl C. Ivarson Alberta Agricultural Scholarship

For Canadian citizens or permanent residents in a full-time master's or doctoral program in agricultural sciences or a related discipline who have an Alberta connection (for example Alberta residence, study at an Alberta university, an Alberta high school or post-secondary credential, Alberta birth, or demonstrated attachment to Alberta). Master's awards are $10,000 and doctoral awards are $17,000. Previous recipients are not eligible for a subsequent award. Selection considers academic achievement, field of study, community involvement, career interests, and references.
