Dr. Jeffrey Cormier Memorial Student Award

Full-time fourth-year students at King's University College enrolled in Sociology or Political Science, with preference for those engaged in political sociology, social movements, or Canadian society, may qualify for the Dr. Jeffrey Cormier Memorial Student Award. One award of $1,400 is granted annually.

Applicants need at least an 80% average in the previous full year of study, demonstrated financial need, and intent to continue at the graduate level. Recipients may hold this award alongside other student awards.

Established in 2008 by family, friends, and colleagues in memory of Dr. Jeffrey Cormier, a King's Sociology professor and 1990 King's graduate.
