Dr. Janet Springer Memorial Scholarship

Female students entering second, third, or fourth year of a Science or Engineering program at Laurentian University may apply, based on academic standing and financial need.

The scholarship is valued at $450. An application for In-Course Awards is required.

Established by friends and colleagues of Dr. Janet Springer, a senior scientist with the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines who encouraged young women to pursue non-traditional careers.
