About this scholarship

Graduating seniors from Arthur Hill High School or Saginaw High School with at least a 2.5 GPA who plan to attend a Michigan college or university full time may apply for the Dr. Foster B. Gibbs Scholarship through the Saginaw Community Foundation.

Award amounts vary. Selection considers achievement in Saginaw Public Schools (including the senior project), financial need, school and community service, and recommendations.

Apply through the Saginaw Community Foundation's single online application by the annual February deadline. The scholarship recognizes students who have taken full advantage of educational opportunities in the Saginaw school district.
