About this scholarship
Open to a Year 4 MD student at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry (Western University) in the graduating class who has shown keen interest or aptitude in allergy and immunology and completed a clinic rotation in allergy and immunology at Western during the final two years of the program.
One award of $1,000 is offered.
Applicants submit an essay of 1,000 to 1,500 words on a topic in allergy or immunology of their own choosing. A selection committee from the Division of Allergy and Immunology judges essays for scholarly thought.

- Open to graduating medical students at Western University (UWO) who demonstrate keen interest and/or aptitude in allergy/immunology
- Must have completed a clinic rotation in allergy/immunology during the final two years of study
- Essay deadline is March 30
- Essay must be 1000-1500 words on an allergy/immunology topic of the candidate's choosing
- Judged on scholarly merit by a selection committee from the Division of Allergy and Immunology
