About this scholarship
U.S. public high school seniors with at least a 2.5 GPA who are enrolling in a bachelor's program in marine biology, conservation, zoological sciences, or science education may apply. Children of Georgia Aquarium employees and volunteers are ineligible.
One recipient receives $5,000 per year, renewable for up to four years while maintaining a 2.5 GPA and eligible coursework. Funds apply to tuition, fees, books, room and board, meal plans, and study abroad or field work.
Submit a 1,000-word APA-style essay, two recommendations, transcript, and resume by February 2.
The scholarship, sponsored by Georgia Aquarium, honors Dr. Brian L. Davis and his legacy in marine biology, conservation, and education.
