About this scholarship
Arizona-resident first-generation high school seniors with a 3.0 or higher GPA, demonstrated financial need, and minimum test scores (1110 SAT, 22 ACT, or 72 CLT) who plan to attend ASU Tempe, NAU Flagstaff, or UA Tucson may apply for the Dorrance Scholarship.
Sixty renewable awards of $12,000 per academic year are offered. Recipients live on campus their first two years and complete the Dorrance Scholars summer bridge, humanities, study-abroad, and innovation programs. Phase I applications, including a FAFSA Submission Summary, are due February 4.
The Dorrance Scholarship supports first-generation Arizona students through college and beyond.
