About this scholarship

A student in the Bachelor of Physical and Health Education or Bachelor of Science (Honours) Kinesiology at the School of Kinesiology and Health Studies may qualify. The selection committee favors candidates who can promote among classmates an appreciation of individual and community needs and apply their knowledge for the common good, especially for disadvantaged groups.

One annual award includes a plaque and a cash prize; the amount varies. Nominations may be submitted to the Undergraduate Coordinator by School students before February 15.

Sponsored by PHESA and established by friends of Donald Andrew Krestel, B.A.-B.P.H.E. '74, following his death in 1974.
