About this scholarship
Children, stepchildren, and spouses of current or former U.S. submarine force members or submarine support personnel may apply for Dolphin Scholarship Foundation grants for two- or four-year undergraduate study or trade/vocational certification.
New awards range from $1,500 to $4,000 per year. Up to 40 new scholarships are awarded annually based on academic merit and community involvement. Financial need is considered after other aid is determined.
Complete the application with evidence of academic achievement and community involvement. Spouse applicants must be pursuing a first undergraduate degree or certification. Applications reopen October 1.
