About this scholarship
High school seniors accepted or seeking acceptance to an accredited four-year U.S. college who plan to pursue a quantitative degree (computer or data science, statistics, business analytics, mathematics, or engineering) may apply. Applicants must identify as an underrepresented woman or BIPOC student in financial services, be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or DACA recipient, hold at least a 3.5 GPA, and have a FAFSA Student Aid Index of $10,000 or less. Two initial awards of $5,000 are available, renewable up to three additional years with satisfactory full-time progress.
Submit transcripts, up to two recommendations, a FAFSA summary, and three short essays. Selected scholars maintain contact with DGV for mentorship and updates throughout the year.
