About this scholarship

Graduating high school seniors who are legal residents of Polk, Boone, Dallas, Jasper, Madison, Marion, Story, or Warren counties in Iowa and demonstrate passion for reading and writing may apply for the Des Moines Women's Club Literature Scholarship.

One $2,000 award is sent directly to the recipient's accredited college or university.

Complete all application sections including references. Recipients are requested to attend the DMWC Scholarship Award Program.
