About this scholarship
Students who are current residents of western Pennsylvania's Franklin Regional School District may apply for Delmar Foundation scholarships. Eligible applicants include high school seniors, graduates, GED holders, and current undergraduates meeting minimum GPA thresholds. Graduate students are ineligible.
Awards reach up to $5,000 for college attendance. Recipients may reapply annually for up to four total awards.
First-time applicants register on delmarscholarships.org and submit the application package, including a parent supplemental financial form, two recommendations, transcripts, FAFSA documentation, and proof of residency. Both online and mailed applications are accepted.
