About this scholarship
Delaware residents who are high school seniors, homeschool graduates, or U.S. armed forces veterans planning to major in engineering or environmental studies at an accredited college may apply for the Delaware Solid Waste Authority's John P. Pat Healy Memorial Scholarship.
One $2,500 award is granted annually, renewable up to four years with a 3.0 GPA, continued enrollment in an eligible major, and a renewal form.
