Delaware Scholarship Incentive Program (ScIP)

Delaware residents with demonstrated financial need may apply for the Scholarship Incentive Program through the Delaware Higher Education Office.

The award is $1,000 per academic year.

Eligible enrollees include full-time undergraduates at Delaware institutions, full-time out-of-state undergraduates in programs not offered at the University of Delaware, Delaware State University, or Delaware Technical Community College, and full-time out-of-state graduate students in programs not offered at UD or DSU. File FAFSA and complete the online application.
