Deborah Jean Rydberg Memorial Scholarship

Female graduating seniors from Guilford High School in Illinois who participate in athletics, plan to attend college, and demonstrate a strong work ethic may apply through the Community Foundation of Northern Illinois.

Award amounts vary.

A recommendation from a Guilford coach is encouraged but not required. Applicants answer the CFNIL essay prompt for matched scholarships. The fund honors Deborah Jean Rydberg, a coach and mentor in softball, basketball, and volleyball at Guilford High School.
