About this scholarship

Full-time LA&PS undergraduate majors at York University with a minimum 7.0 GPA and at least 48 completed credits (as of December 31) who conduct faculty-supervised summer research from May 1 to August 31.

The award is $5,000, paid in four monthly installments. Up to 50 awards are available per summer.

Multi-stage application: review project postings (January 15 to February 6), submit an Expression of Interest to a faculty supervisor (February 6), then apply to DARE with a supervisor recommendation (March 16).
