Day of Mourning Worker Memorial Award

Open to SAIT students in their second year or higher enrolled in any certificate, diploma, applied degree, or degree program who demonstrate financial need, exhibit leadership skills, and show commitment to their chosen profession. Qualified applicants must have completed safety training such as CSTS, WHMIS, or WSPS.

Three awards of $1,000 each are offered for the Fall semester.

Apply through mySAIT Student Awards and Financial Aid by November 28. This award honors workers memorialized on the Day of Mourning.
