About this scholarship

Advanced PhD students working on American Revolution or Founding Era (1750 to 1800) dissertations may apply for a nine-month residential fellowship at the American Philosophical Society Library in Philadelphia.

The fellowship includes a $25,000 stipend plus a $5,000 travel and research fund. Submit via Interfolio a CV, cover letter, two references, and a 2- to 4-page proposal.
