Danusia Oczko Award

Fourth-year Doctor of Pharmacy students at the University of Toronto Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy who have been accepted into a hospital pharmacy residency program and contributed significantly to undergraduate professional, athletic, and student life may qualify.

The award value varies. One award is granted annually. The Undergraduate Pharmacy Society point system is used as an aid in selecting the recipient.

No separate application process is described. The award was established by friends and family of Danusia Oczko, Class of 8T6, in honour of her determination, faith, and courage.
