About this scholarship
Students enrolled or planning to enroll in a real estate major or related field at an accredited university, technical school, or certification program may apply. Applicants must have adjusted gross income below 100% of HUD median family income for their residence city or county, maintain a 2.5 semester GPA, and complete 20 hours of community service per semester.
The award is $5,000 per semester for up to eight semesters. Apply by February 1, 2026.
