Dakota Corps Scholarship

South Dakota high school graduates who are U.S. citizens or nationals with at least a 2.8 GPA and a 27 ACT composite score (or SAT equivalent) may apply for the Dakota Corps Scholarship. Recipients must attend a participating South Dakota college in a program preparing them for a critical-need occupation and agree to work in that field in South Dakota for as many years as the scholarship was received, plus one additional year.

The award covers full tuition and generally applicable fees at participating institutions. The number of recipients and award amounts vary.

Apply through the South Dakota Board of Regents Scholarship Portal. The program was created to keep talented graduates educated, employed, and contributing in South Dakota.
