Awards from an endowment established by Barbara Dabrowski and Robert Shepherd. Award value varies. Students are selected based on progression in their program and research productivity. Financial need may be considered.

Adjudicated by the Department of Civil Engineering in consultation with the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering and the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.

Barbara and Robert met at UBC and both dedicated their careers to Environmental Engineering.
