About this scholarship
Needy third- or fourth-year students in the University of British Columbia Department of Creative Writing who were born in British Columbia and are or were residents of a rural area of the province may qualify.
The bursary provides up to $700 annually. One award is made each year.
The university awards calendar lists a June 1 deadline for the summer cycle and an October 15 deadline for the winter cycle.
