About this scholarship
Full-time undergraduates at accredited U.S. two- or four-year institutions who have completed at least 60 semester hours, hold a 3.0 or higher GPA, and major in business, engineering, or a related bachelor's field may apply for the Crystal Group Innovation Scholarship. Crystal Group employees and their family members are not eligible.
Two non-renewable $1,000 awards are paid directly to the student's institution each year.
Submit a typed, double-spaced essay answering one of the posed questions, two recommendations, a resume, and enrollment verification.
Crystal Group founded the scholarship in 2014 to encourage innovation in engineering and business.

- Signed Application Statement and Certification Statement
- Applicant chooses ONE of the two essay topics (not both)
- Essay must be 500-800 words, typed and double-spaced
- Two letters of recommendation (not from friends/family; if employed, at least one from a manager/supervisor)
- Current resume detailing work history, internships, and community work
- Completed application form (personal info + current education)
- Enrollment Verification Form completed by the institution
- Signed Application Statement and Certification Statement
- Eligibility: full-time undergraduate in a business, engineering, or related major; cumulative GPA 3.0+; at least 60 semester hours completed; U.S. accredited two- or four-year institution
