About this scholarship

High school graduates of African American descent from underserved populations affected by gun violence who reside in Pennsylvania or Camden County, New Jersey, or attend a high school in those areas may apply for the Craig D. Butler Scholarship. Three one-time awards of $1,000 each are granted annually to students entering a two- or four-year college or accredited vocational school with at least a 3.0 GPA.
