Cortland Hultberg Memorial Scholarship

Undergraduate UBC School of Music students may be nominated, with preference for choral singing or composition.

Scholarships from this endowment total $2,400; the per-recipient amount varies. They were endowed by family, friends, colleagues, and students in memory of Cortland Hultberg, who taught at UBC for 34 years and had a special talent for engaging and encouraging students.

Awards are made on the recommendation of the School of Music. There is no separate student application.
