About this scholarship
Contra Costa County residents who are U.S. citizens enrolled full-time, or high school seniors accepted for full-time enrollment, with a minimum GPA of 3.5 (high school) or 3.2 (college, trade, or graduate school) may apply to the Contra Costa Association of Realtors Scholarship Foundation for awards of up to $10,000.
Applications open January 1 and close March 31. Submit a transcript, at least three recommendation letters including two from instructors, a personal essay, and an accomplishments summary. Selected recipients must attend the June luncheon. Up to 15 awards are available.
The foundation has awarded nearly $300,000 in college grants over the past five years to local students.
