About this scholarship

Queen's Law graduating JD students who have demonstrated interest in and commitment to public or community service.

Up to six awards each year; the amount varies. Preference goes to graduates entering public-interest or community-service legal work, or articling at a projected yearly salary under about $30,000, who will not receive tuition or salary payments for the Bar Admission Course.

Apply by letter with a resume and corroborating documentation from the employer to the Dean of the Faculty of Law (deadline May 1 in the year of graduation).
