Colonel Kathleen Swacina Scholarship

Full-time sophomore or junior undergraduates, or graduate students who have completed two courses and are not graduating the same year, majoring in a STEM field aligned with AFCEA's mission may apply. Applicants must be active-duty military, ROTC, an honorably discharged veteran, or a direct descendant of an AFCEA member or veteran.

One $2,000 scholarship is awarded annually for study at an accredited four-year institution. Community college students may apply if continuing to a four-year program.

Submit the online application with official transcripts, two professor recommendations (one from a STEM field), and verification of military or AFCEA affiliation. The scholarship honors Col. Kathleen Swacina, USA (Ret.).
