Colonel Hazel Elizabeth Benn Scholarship

Unmarried dependent children of past or present U.S. Navy enlisted medical personnel who served with the U.S. Marine Corps, entering freshman or sophomore year at a U.S. accredited college or university, may apply for the Colonel Hazel Elizabeth Benn Scholarship.

The award is $2,000. Apply by April 15 through the FRA Education Foundation.
