College Photographer of the Year Award

Undergraduate or graduate students enrolled for at least one semester at an accredited college worldwide who have not worked two or more years as full-time professional photographers may enter the College Photographer of the Year photojournalism competition.

Entry is free. Multiple portfolio and category prizes include equipment, workshops, internships, and National Press Photographers Foundation monetary awards. Prize amounts vary by category.

Submit still photography, multimedia, or video work through the official CPOY online portal, co-sponsored by Nikon and the Missouri School of Journalism. Judges are working photojournalism professionals.
