About this scholarship

Junior or senior accounting majors at the University of Virginia or George Mason University who intend to take the CPA exam may apply for the Cocke, Szpanka and Taylor Scholarships through the VSCPA Educational Foundation. Applicants need at least a 3.0 overall and accounting GPA and a free VSCPA student membership.

Awards in this VSCPA pool are typically $2,500 to $3,000. One unified foundation application covers all eligible VSCPA Educational Foundation awards.
