Year-one Collaborative Baccalaureate Nursing students at the University of Windsor who have completed their first year with a 75% cumulative average and achieved excellence in level-one clinical courses may apply. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional critical thinking, proficient physical assessment skills, outstanding communication, and emerging leadership in clinical settings.
