Cleveland and Rae Hickman Scholarship in Zoology

For outstanding students in the Bachelor of Science program in Biology at UBC Vancouver with an interest in animal biology and zoology.

Scholarship amounts vary. Cleveland and Rae Hickman established the endowment to support students and to honor Dr. William S. Hoar, Dr. Hickman's mentor at UBC. Dr. Hickman earned his PhD in Zoology in 1958 and became distinguished for research, textbooks including Integrated Principles of Zoology, and Galapagos field guidebooks.

The Department of Zoology under the UBC Biology Program recommends recipients. No separate application.
