About this scholarship
Chick-fil-A restaurant team members who are not selected for the $25,000 True Inspiration Scholarship may receive a $2,500 Leadership Scholarship through the Remarkable Futures program.
Awards are paid up front for tuition at any accredited two- or four-year college, university, online program, or vocational-technical school. Team members must be employed at application and award time.
Applications are open through October 21 each year. Award counts vary.

- Two 500-word essays: one on demonstrating leadership and one on the meaning of community service
- Employment at a franchised, company-owned and/or affiliated restaurant
- Team member must be employed both at application time and award time.
