About this scholarship
Incoming or current graduate students (Master's or PhD) in a research-focused program who are committed to clinical or translational congenital heart defect research in underrepresented communities may apply.
Two $10,000 scholarships are awarded annually, with funds sent directly to the degree program for tuition and approved educational expenses. Priority consideration goes to applicants from NIH-defined underrepresented minority backgrounds. Dual-degree students (such as MD/MPH) are eligible.
Submit a statement of interest (3 pages maximum), CV, and one letter of support through Proposal Central by the posted deadline.
