About this scholarship
LGBTQ or ally undergraduate students from the Charlotte metro area who have a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate significant unmet financial need may apply for Charlotte Pride scholarships funded by the Principal Foundation.
Twelve awards range from $1,000 to $10,000. Preference is given to students attending college in North or South Carolina.
Submit a 500-to-800-word personal statement online describing your goals, experiences, and financial need. Applicants may apply for either the scholarship or the summer internship, but not both.
