About this scholarship
Children of code enforcement personnel employed by an active ICC Governmental Member jurisdiction may apply for the Charlie O'Meilia Scholarship, administered by ICC's Palm Beach County chapter.
The award is $1,000 annually. Dependents must pursue education beyond high school at a recognized accredited institution. One recipient is selected on merit, need, and narrative.
