About this scholarship
Delaware high school seniors who rank in the upper quarter of their class, have a minimum 3.0 GPA and SAT score of 1290 (or ACT equivalent), and plan full-time undergraduate study at a nonprofit, regionally accredited college may apply online through the Delaware Higher Education Office portal.
Up to 35 recipients each receive $1,250 per year, renewable for up to three additional years with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
