Chancellor Van Koughnet Prize

Open to members of the graduating class at Osgoode Hall Law School. The award is given annually to the student who takes first place in the examinations of the final year.

The award amount varies.

It was founded by Lady Jan Van Koughnet and her late husband, Captain Edmund Barker Van Koughnet, R.N., C.M.G., as a memorial to The Honourable Philip Michael Matthew Scott Van Koughnet, formerly Chancellor of Upper Canada.
